Success can lead to complacency and complacency can led to failure. Be Proud of your successes but let them spur you on to greater things. For example, just because you get a promotion on your job and the money is decent does not mean you should give up on your dreams of being an entrepreneur. Use the “extra” money to start your business, use your experience to help you manage the business and use your connections to help you bring it to life. Use your successes to launch greater endeavors for yourself.
Your reputation is in the hands of others. That’s what a reputation is. You can’t control that. The only thing you can control is your character. What characteristics do you admire in others and wish to possess? Work on developing these characteristics utilizing books, mentors, and practice. Through being a person of honorable character, you will likely receive the reputation you deserve.
“There comes a time in your life, when you walk away from all the drama & the people who create it. You surround yourself with people who make you laugh. Forget the bad, & focus on the good. Love the people who treat you right, pray for the ones who don’t.
